What are the best spots

Manjil Dam is a highlight on the Sefil rood
Sefid Rood River
This river offers insane views of mountain villages and as you make your way down the valley long plains come into sight. This river is the second longest in Iran and once again with levels 2 and 3, suitable for most healthy adults.
Zayandeh Rood River
This huge river stretches across the Iran central plateau offering some challenging rafting especially in the spring when water levels are higher. Levels are between the difficulty level of 2 and 3. The Zaman Khan Bridge is the hardest part, as the flow is insanely strong at this part.
Haraz River
Part of this river even reaches level 4, which without doubt is not suitable for beginners. Before the town of Gazanak, levels don’t exceed 2 or 3, which is suitable for most people. The most popular route is from Mirza Kuchak Khan Park to Amol and takes about 2 hours to raft.
Sirvan River
This thunderous river has routes for everyone. Meandering its way through the Huraman area, the river’s force varies between level 3 to level 5.
